Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Miro in a variety of ways: As a tool for engagement during virtual learning sessions, As a space to ideate with myself or my team, As a place to capture coaching conversations for my coachees to refer back to, and as A space for mind mapping and strategic plan development.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Template boards.
Ability to share boards with visitors (especially for training).
All of the design functionality to make sure the work captured visibly tells the right and straightforward story.
Ability to copy boards so you don't have to create them from scratch.
Password protection.

Cons

Moving around the board on a laptop is much more complicated than using a mouse.

Return on Investment

Higher levels of engagement with team and trainees.

Collaboration

I am still piloting Miro so that I can build a business case for broader usage.
