Miro, Marvelous!
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use it for project management and workshop activities.
Pros
- Workshop collaboration.
- Flexible design of templates.
- Whiteboard-like experience.
Cons
- Even more refined design control.
- Easier to create presentations/decks
- AI ideas haven't proven useful yet.
- Lessened the need for in-person workshops.
- Improved project management, one space to view everything.
- Improved perception of our process.
It allows us to do virtual workshops instead of in person. And becomes a much more solid archive of the work that was done. We use it during in-person workshops, too, to help facilitate.
Miro had better controls and fewer limitations over the canvas than Mural did when we evaluated. When it was released, we already invested too much in Miro to consider FigJam. At that point, it didn't have feature parity. If we were to start today, we would think it would simplify our software suite.
