Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro for:
- sketching business processes and interactively modifying them throughout meetings
- structured brainstorming - as a replacement to PowerPoint

Pros

- User Interface
- Collaboration
Cons
- “Expert” mode for stringent format requirements
- Native integration into Teams
- More approachable than PPT -> higher engagement
- Easier / faster to make something good -> faster time to action
It has taken the “fear” from people to put things in writing since its seem more as working version than other tools in use.
User friendliness at Miro is much higher that Teams and we as a consequence get much more input / engagement PowerPoint is too formal for many of our use cases.
