Miro - The Consultants Secret Workboard

Miro is a fantastic virtual collaboration tool, and an essential, if not foundational tool that I use in global consulting. It allows me to set up bespoke workboards for my clients and interactively navigate, populate and engage, in real time with my clients project teams. I have used this, successfully, on a recent project with a global company and the impact it has had, on a. the product and project deliverables, and b. the teams using it has been extremely positive.

It has been the cornerstone method of interaction and I have purposefully designed the project around the use of Miro boards. Having Miro is an assurance of transparency, project teams collaboration and input, accessible data and also as the project manager, my review of work and tasks completed. It also allows for better time management and more interactive discussions and meetings.
