Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use it as a way to visualise things we are about to produce, to make the customer get a better understanding for what it would actually look like. I create 3D ideas in 2D to explain what I want to do. I use it as my own photoshop and make plans and overviews of exhibitions and events. I make 1x1m grids to make sure everything fits within a certain area.

Cropping and writing over images to explain things

Cons

Freeform rektangulars
Grids, if I want a 3x4 squared grid I want to be able to ad that easier.

Return on Investment

Its quick, I don't need to order things from a designer I can make it my self
Its cheaper since I can do it myself I don't have to explain all details to someone else.

Collaboration

I have used Miro earlier as a whiteboard and idea creation where everyone gets their corner and put ideas there, then the team can collect all the ideas and rate them. Some to keep and some to throw away. And from there you con iterate on the ideas together or show them to someone else and change them live as you go.

I have told many colleagues about Miro and how to create quick sketches there. It is really good to use if you want to create a floorplan where you can see if things fit. It's also a great tool to use if you want to use an image and add extra things on top of it using layers.
