Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro to workshop & brainstorm, and keep track of ideas visually. It helps me help my team identify, analyze, and solve all manner of continuous improvement initiatives. There's almost nothing I do that doesn't involve Miro, but to be a bit more specific, we use it to improve our project management delivery both in terms of efficiency and value-adding while also using it to help us be engaged and work sustainably towards our business goals.

Pros

  • Remote Visual collaboration.
  • Mapping ideas for continuous improvement.
  • Quickly Presenting groups of ideas to help with change management.

Cons

  • The sharing functionality could be streamlined to make sending secure links to people a bit easier.
  • I'd like to make it easier to share a miro with someone so that they immediately know where to look and how to interact with my board.
  • Better/more automatic clustering features.
  • Make it easier somehow when some people are in the same room while others are remote.
  • Improved engagement.
  • Improved continuous improvement.
  • Quicker ideation.
It's a priceless way to help us get people engaged in a problem space despite being remote.
