Miro, an absolute must-have in hybrid and remote contexts
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro helps to shorten the distance among my hybrid culture company colleagues - with the use of Miro it is possible not only to document, but also to unleash the creativity and make every member a contributor to brainstorming, retrospectives, fow-charts and so on. Without Miro and its thousand possibilities, it would be much harder to stay on the same page in a collaborative and productive way.
Pros
- Brainstorming
- documenting complex flows
- retrospectives
- project advancement
Cons
- too much choice
- difficult to find appropriate templates
- sometimes too broad, Miro-fatigue
- Improved cross-team collaboration
- Enhanced creativity
- Improve productivity
Miro has massively influenced the integration of remote workers in the context of hybrid work. Sometimes for recording and collaborating purposes, we use Miro also when we are all in the same room - it is just much more actionable to use it and by now it has a very high user-driven interface it's very very useful.
