we use Miro for several use cases
1- technical diagrams
2- shared board for retrospectives
3- presentation
Pros
- very good templates for different things
- user friendliness
- easy to import export data
Cons
- desktop application board tabs sometimes remain gray for ever
- categorizing, finding board can be improved by tags
- improve productivity
- increase collaboration
a lot. we use this feature almost every day in different meetings and collaborations
