Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I am a product manager and use Miro often to brainstorm ideas, diagram complex processes and collaborate across my remote teams. I have also started collaborating with my design team to create user journey maps to facilitate customer discovery efforts. It's an amazing collaboration tool for my role in product.
Pros
- Collaborating across teams; especially helpful during strategy sessions to see everyone's contributions.
- Getting my ideas and thoughts down quickly, e.g. doesn't always have to be a formal diagram.
- Easy visualizations that anyone can understand.

- Quick access to templates or recommended templates.

As mentioned earlier, one of my favorite parts of Miro is the collaboration in strategy sessions. For example, we have an upcoming strategy session in a few weeks and all the initial prep is being done in Miro.
I only use Miro and have not used or researched other products. This is the tool that was available to me at my company and its my first job in product management.
