Collaborate remotely across teams seamlessly with Miro
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro to collaborate virtually with our clients. The platform is so versatile that we can find a way to use it for every project. Some of the most popular things that we use Miro for are wireframing, brainstorming, timeline visualization, project management and delegation, and presentation of ideas. We also use Miro internally. We have templates that help us with systems and processes. We also use it to onboard new team members to different projects.
Pros
- Smooth collaboration - it allows for multiple users to be in the board working at once
- Lots of options - the platform hosts tons of useful elements such as wireframing library, images & icons, and more
- User friendly - all of our clients have been able to pick up on how to use the platform extremely quickly
Cons
- Mobile functionality isn't the best. It can be hard to make edits to elements as the keyboard will block what you are typing
- Frames don't always work as needed - I find I will often select all elements and click "create frame" but when I go to move the frame, some of the elements don't move with it
- Would like to be able to embed videos onto the board
- Improved client satisfaction as they feel they have a hand in the project as well
- Improved team collaboration remotely which can be a struggle sometimes
- Reduced the need to pay for other platforms / software
The team finds it very easy to collaborate remotely now and we do not see remote work as a barrier to doing excellent creative and strategic work
