Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro in the following scopes:
1. strategic planning
2. operational planning
3. preparation and management of action plans
4. Troubleshooting workshops
5. preparation of presentations
6. ideation and brainstorming 7. repository of ideas 8. preparation of lists and tables. I use the tools both individually and in groups. In face-to-face workshops, I encourage synchronous editing in Miro.

Pros

  • Templates
  • Brainstorming sections.
  • Frameworks
  • Use in workshops.

Cons

  • Icons
  • Charts
  • Miro helped to reduce the duration of meetings as project structuring, planning, and brainstorming.
  • Miro helped to make more efficient and easier-to-understand plans/frameworks.
  • Miro helped to design clearer processes.
Miro helps us to hold more participatory meetings. It also helps us design frameworks and projects more visually and efficiently.
Miro also helps us communicate and manage action plans collaboratively.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

I think Miro is friendly. It also has more features, is easier to use and promotes more interaction.
In my experience, Miro does not work well with groups that have difficulty with technological tools.
I've also had difficulties using Miro in places with weak or fluctuating internet connections.
I think Miro works very well in workshops, courses, meetings, and in the creation of action plans, projects, and products.
