Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use it to help with the Vision and roadmap of our product. We also use it for Retrospectives and brainstorming sessions with business clients.
Pros
- Fairly easy to use.
- Has great frameworks and examples to work from.
- It is very flexible; you can do almost anything in it from a whiteboarding perspective.
Cons
- Better links to other tools like Jira, Confluence, etc. The tools work, but not always seamlessly.
- More frameworks and examples. The selection is good and keeps growing.
- Make it a little user-friendly for beginners. It is not too hard, but some beginners get frustrated at not knowing how to do things.
- Better and easier collaboration.
- Improved productivity by having a one-stop spot for a product vision and roadmap.
- Easier to get more engagement from the team(s).
Miro has been an excellent tool to keep our product team aligned and moving forward. It is a great collaboration tool that helps improve communication and productivity.
