Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro to map out customer journeys and for illustrative presentations for our stakeholders.
The product assists in visualizing information and also is a clear alternative to Microsoft Visio

Cons

  • The ease of transfer from one Miro board to another
  • Copying and pasting tables from Microsoft Excel
  • Improving presenting feature
  • Increased project cost - getting access for everyone
  • Improved method to present - reducing cost in labor hours
  • Improved productivity
It is really easy to copy and paste images however, the capability of copying and pasting tables from excel needs to be improved
It has eased the capability of collaboration among different teams and stakeholders. We can share the access and choose the level of access which helps in terms of sharing with stakeholders.

Microsoft Visio is complicated and not easy to use.
It would be less appropriate to use for government meetings where it is formal.
