Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro to collaborate amongst the team but also to run client workshops. It has been a great tool to get a group of people working remotely together in a place space.

Pros

  • Interaction
  • Take people on shared journey.
  • Management of boards.

Cons

  • Sometimes trouble with sharing and timers.
  • Admin and user levels sometimes not too clear.
  • New clients aboard.
  • Allows remote workers to collaborate.
Some more online videos would be good.
People responded so well to seeing it take shape to live in front of them. A group based in the UK and abroad can work seamlessly together.

Remote workshops between different countries worked well. Clients enjoyed seeing each other working in the same space. It was good to be able to save the outputs of a session too to refer to them at a later date.
