It is easy to jump to DevOps and other items. It has voting capabilities and collaboration. The ability to integrate Miro on Confluence is also an added bonus, as we can always see the board from the documentation instead of having to jump between two solutions.
Yes, in a positive way, we are a global team, and Miro makes it easy to collaborate. Miro seems to be able to support lots of concurrent collaborators. We have sync meetings that include almost 200-500 users at a time, all working on the same board. The performance is also very good during these times.

Miro is easy to use, has the ability to have different sections on one page, and has the ability to zoom in and out. It is also easy to collaborate, and features like voting make it easy to get inputs from all teams on the necessary areas on the board. Ability to also include timers and other features like integration ability to DevOps and link card to outside links.

I am not part of the decision team but based on the major impact on all teams the solution is having this is definitely something that will be renewed due to the ROI as put in some of the earlier questions.
