Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is used as a collaboration tool with remote teams. We use it to coordinate project documentation, brainstorm new product approaches, and complex coordinate activities. The provided templates give us a great starting point to jumpstart the team activities. Being able to have multiple users in different locations access the boards at any time allows my team to be fully involved in the decisions and accountable for their actions.
Pros
- Group brainstorm.
- User journey mapping.
- Roadmap planning.
Cons
- Recommended board size (multiple sizes of text and images are not scaled correctly).
- Search
- Better employee engagement.
- Faster decisions.
Collaboration has improved across all functions. Having always-available documentation has allowed for feedback on the individual's availability, which has created better engagement. It also has ensured that all parties are up to date on the latest information that impacts their work. Group access to the whiteboard has made for better deliverables as well.
