Overall Satisfaction with Miro

My team has been using Miro extensively during our development of an online portal to serve our stakeholders. It was used to help not only brainstorm but also map the development flow and create visualizations.

Pros

  • Brainstorming.
  • Visualization.
  • Process flow.
  • Developing customer map.

Cons

  • Limited in terms of ability to create diagrams.
  • No desktop application.
  • It's hard to zoom and lock in on diagrams.
  • Better team collaboration.
  • Quicker process planning.
  • Increased team productivity.
It serves its purpose very well.
I have not faced any challenges with this.
The whiteboard tool has been very helpful in terms of brainstorming and collaborating, especially during the pandemic and a time such as this when so many people work remotely. Everyone on the team can view the whiteboard, and provide valuable feedback.

Overall, Figma has a better interface and it's easier for sharing, but Miro is just as good in terms of allowing users to develop and put ideas to test.
Miro is really well suited for product development. We use it to brainstorm and then create a process flow to build products and assign solutions via team collaboration. The sharing capability lets the entire team add their thoughts and provide feedback which helps with the development process.
