I use Miro to perform brainstorming over workshops with fellow team members and clients. This is helpful in managing the collaborative discussion, whiteboarding etc. in the virtual world.

Option to add sticky notes.
Ease of creating diagrams, blocks.
Option to share the board with users.
Option to lock a section.

Cons

AI-based diagrammatical tools to help convert sketches into diagrams.
Enable cross-collaboration tool integration like Slack, Google Hangout to make it easier to connect over existing channels and let the discussion happen outside of Miro as well.

Return on Investment

Improved collaboration over virtual workshops.
Better alignment within team.
Requires time to adopt the news ways of working.
