Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Great tool for workshops as well as capturing the next financial year's initiatives. They have good templates but could definitely be better or allow people to mix 2 together. Some sort of payment plan on the tools used as we dont use everything we get access to. It's difficult to keep track of or prevent people from making edits in the incorrect places while working with large teams. Offline functionality.

- Mixing multiple templates together.
- 3D tools.
- Not able to track changes by individual.
- Locking certain areas of the board (visual only for viewers).
- Great brainstorming sessions that didn't require a revisit.
- able to get everyone on board no matter where they worked.
Yes this has been a great tool to brainstorm on product feature ideas, taking focus group interviews or conducting workshops.

They are very different but the main use for Miro was the collaboration and brainstorming workshops that have been required during covid.
