Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro as a whiteboard where all the different section heads would paste all their relevant data, information and talking points into Miro. We then have one person share the Miro board and we go around the room where everyone will talk about their points and we make notes on the board for the following meeting.

Pros

  • We can all be in Miro at once.
  • It is very easy to use.
  • I like that it has all the information there from previous meetings.

Cons

  • We can't right-click paste we have to use control+V.
  • Sometimes it's difficult to zoom out I need to hold the control key.
  • I've had issues accessing Miro in the past where I had to get re-added.
  • Collaboration.
  • Return in investment.
  • Easy to get everyone together to see the information and talk to it.
When I came in they were already using it and I just basically learnt how to use the system.
I personally don't have any issues with the integration of the system I think it works well and it's pretty easy for us all to be in that one spacer collaborating before the meeting and then presenting and talking to the Miro board.
This has been great. We can all access the Miro link where we add our information in remotely. We have multiple users in the platform at once and then when it's time for our meeting we present with ease and everyone can see everything we are referring to especially if they have questions.

I haven't used anything like this before.
I believe in the situation where we have a lot of people in the meeting and they all have to talk about the different sections Miro is very important in that respect. We can all add information in and use that as our PowerPoint presentation which we can access remotely. The only disadvantages I think are sometimes usability and terms of Miro locking us out so I don't know if that's a user problem or something with the platform.
