Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is a very good product that helps with team goals and contributions. It allows us to work together at the same time; it also allows me to set out what I need to do for the day and then the week. I can also build use cases that could be used for the team.

Pros

  • You can put sticky notes that everyone can type in.
  • You can import power points in it.
  • You can have multiple people working on the same bored.

Cons

  • To do lists that are automated.
  • Faster log in processes.
  • Having keyboard shortcuts to do create e.g notepads faster.
  • Improve productivity.
  • Reduced project completion time is a big one.
  • Making team decisions faster.
I find that it sometimes does not work at all and is slow, but that could be the work VPN causing that; otherwise, the implementation was smooth and easy; getting bored is as easy as in a company you have a lot of different teams all having a different task at the same time.
It was super easy to learn and integrate into our team, it is a easy software to learn and pick up quickly. as a new user I found it easy to learn a lot about it and how to accesses to different broads as well as using it for personal use.
It has made it easier and been able to have people do things live therefore making it faster to complete projects. It also has allowed the team and I to make decisions faster using the board using pros and cons lists side by side. These new projects are decided on quickly if we should go through or not.

Jira is a good product as it also allows for teams to work together and create tickets for work, bu tMiro has the live aspect, which is great and easy for everyone; this allows people to decide faster on what they want to do and how they can do it.
Perfect for working in a team and in software development, it is easy to use and allows for a lot of collaborations to be going on at the same time, therefore, eliminating time wasting as you do not need the doc to be sent around and waiting for peoples to sent it in. they can do it there and then.

i would not change it

Miro Training

  • No Training
i would not recommend it to the Avg user, this probably took longer for me to pick it up then it would have been if i did some training or if i was given training but i was not. so i would suggest another user to have training but it can be easy to pick up.
