Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use it for ideation for medical innovation exercises. We also use it for facilitating online workshops for students in the health space. It has been used particularly in response to the COVID-19 pandemic to remove close physical interaction during classes but still allow effective interaction during the workshops and classes.
Pros
- Drag and drop files into the board.
- Multi-user real-time board interaction.
- Integrations with tools such as Google images.
Cons
- The video chat or audio could be improved.
- Some features that tie up to external or third-party products are not stable (sometimes not available).
- It would be great if guests could modify their names upon entry even though they are not registered.
- Student satisfaction.

Miro's online whiteboard has been very useful when required to switch to online work due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It has allowed us to be physically apart while still being able to interact effectively in an online format. It has also been effective by allowing us to visualize and organize our thoughts and ideas in a whiteboard environment that can be stored securely and saved for future reference.
