Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Using Miro to document design process and review existing knowledge on product space. Collaborate with coworkers and stakeholders. Leverage templates to build user journey maps, wireframes and mock-ups, pain maps and user personas, etc. occasionally, conduct user testing and workshops with 5-20 users at the same time. It’s a great tool for collaboration and remote sessions.

As someone who works completely remote and so does most of my teammates who are spread out across the US, it has greatly Harold’s as navigate needs for brainstorming and ideation in person.

Yes

It’s well suited for remote teams who need to brainstorm together or document shared processes. It greatly helps with asynchronous feedback and review for coworkers from different time zones or preferred working schedules. It has been especially useful during Covid. It’s hard to find things that it’s less appropriate for, one thing that came to mind is that it seems to be more web and desktop friendly. Sometimes I’d prefer to do a quick drawing when brainstorming but cannot do so.
