Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro in a collaborative way for different purposes: mind mapping, flowcharts, design thinking, customer journey maps, and even interactive workshops. It's a very useful and simple way to share visually, it's like having an interactive, shared, full-of-tools digital notebook. Templates are really useful.

- When a board has a lot of elements it can get a bit slow.
- It would be great if you could "lock" a tool for continuous use

Miro is a great tool for collaborating, we leave messages, assign tasks, and create simultaneously with Miro.

I've used Microsoft Whiteboard as well but I think Miro's tools are more useful and intuitive than Microsoft.
