Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I have used Miro across so many different projects and engagements - from running planning sessions with internal teams to facilitating workshops with executive-level clients. Whilst there is a bit of a learning curve when getting started, once I started feeling more comfortable in the tool the possibilities seemed endless. Most recently I have used Miro across a year long engagement, mapping current & future state processes, documenting feedback. Beyond the functionality, the interface itself is engaging and colourful, and really inspires collaboration within teams.
Pros
- Brainstorming
- Workshop Facilitation
- Current & Future State Process Mapping
- Value Matrices
- Collaborative Planning
- Prioritization exercises
Cons
- Accessibility
- More templates
- The moving cursors in big groups can be chaotic
- Improved productivity and efficiency
- Increased efficiency due to eased knowledge transfer between project teams
- Positive client responses & increased engagement
It really helped to recreate the in-person meeting environment and the collaboration that takes place during whiteboarding, post it, and other activities which typically have been more engaging and fruitful in person.
