Overall Satisfaction with MasterControl Quality Excellence

We use Qx for the collaboration and routing of SOP, WI, Form, policy etc as well as for the management of product specifications. We also use training. This system allowed us to move from a primarily paper process to a primarily digital process which allowed us to decrease routing times and increase visibility and collaboration on documents

Overall the transition from paper to MasterControl has been incredible. There are things that we would love to see change but for our quality teams the transition has provided better visibility and collaboration to our procedures. We have also been much better at maintaining three year reviews.
I don’t remember the names of the other two I’ve looked into. It MasterControl stand high above their others. The user interface is not only visually appealing but user friendly. We also love the continuous improvement approach and looked forward the updated implemented throughout the year. Our customer success managers are always extremely helpful and seem genuinely engaged and invested in our success.

I have loved our experience with MasterControl so far! It’s been very helpful with collaborating in large cross functional sops and extremely helpful in the routing and management of specifications. We have also loved to e implementation of training and the simplicity of providing training at one time in a singular location for new hires.
