Overall Satisfaction with MasterControl Quality Excellence

We use MasterControl Quality Excellencel for documents and training and other processes such as complaints and non conformances

Pros

  • I like the document workflow tool which allows for customized approval management

Cons

  • Sometimes it can be difficult to manage user assignment vs role assignment
  • Having a system that manages both documents and training in a single platform allows for a one stop shop.
It is a complex system with many modules and it can be a lot to digest for new users

I work in a large company where there are many different approval processes. These can equate to lots of document workflows and a potentially difficult system to manage in master control as the workflows can be complex.
