Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Based on my experience using it I really like using it.
It's very intuitive to use. The basic shapes are limited and can be easily picked so it works fast. More shapes can be inserted when needed. I like the way the objects can be linked to each other, so when moving the shapes, the connecting lines stay intact. Also, finding back and sharing the diagrams and collaborating are very useful. Lucidchart did a great job in presenting templates you can use to up your game. Also there is nice how-to documentation with good tips.

Pros

  • I like themes and templates that allow me to build a document and then have automatic formatting take over.
  • I do every single process I can think of there because it's so easy to just build as you go.

Cons

  • Automation is not quite there yet to me. I mean it's built into the platform and always present, but getting your hands around it can be a bit tough.
  • Saved lot of effort in our current projects.
Really like the app to work and support is satisfactory.

What an amazingly simple and easy-to-use tool for collaborating while making use of case drawings and flow diagrams. The tool lets you easily align and connect tasks and keeps your connections while moving tasks around the page. Collaborating is easy by sharing your files with other users around the globe. I would highly recommend this product.
