Overall Satisfaction with Lucidchart

Almost there, just needs to have some more visual functions for infographics and the sort. Very easy to jump in, very quick to design flows. Each shape has explanations and the FAQs are exceptional, some of the best I've interacted with in awhile. They were relevant and helpful. Highly recommended.
It's been amazing to use to combine multiple flows of a new digital product we launched. Easy to understand, and drag & drop features are seamless. Best of all, the page auto-extends if the chart needs to get larger, and shapes snap to size! Highly recommended for anybody who is developing any sort of chart.

Did not use much of the support. However, the FAQ was exceptional. Very clear, very concise, with helpful images along the way that did not obstruct my understanding or feel over the top. All other FAQs should learn from how Lucidchart has constructed theirs. The content was readable even as a casual learning exercise.
