Overall Satisfaction with Litmus

Our team uses Litmus on a near-daily basis. We use the service primarily to test the rendering of each of our emails across a number of clients. Additionally, our organization is associated with a higher education institution so we care deeply about accessibility and utilize Litmus to remain as accessible as possible.

Litmus definitely offers a more comprehensive tool at the enterprise level, however, EOA has them beat on pricing for more features. I prefer Litmus because of its user-friendly software and our long-term usage of its product.

Litmus is very well suited for email render testing. Specifically, you can send multiple versions of an email as you make updates and render those new updates. If you're building a new template then Litmus can help suggest any corrections to your code that may fix any render issues. If your subscriber base is spread across multiple clients then Litmus can help you really focus on the clients that your subscribers use.
