We need to test a text campaign still but we're looking forward to it complementing our existing emails and marketing strategy.
We use email as touch points for every part of the customer journey, from brand awareness to customer reviews. We use data from every touch point to improve the journey and the business as a whole.
Iterable has more nuance and allows us to leverage more data.
