Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

Whole organization...flexibility has led to many "best practices" that vary by business unit.

Pros

  • Reporting
  • Invoicing
  • Ability to review GL accounts with and without dimensions or BY dimensions

Cons

  • draft/editing of invoices for approval by project managers
  • word merge customization is difficult
  • Templates for invoicing by service/item
  • Recurring invoicing has sped up a subset of our monthly invoicing. Intacct allows us to be confident all recurring fees are captured.
  • We have keep the number of finance personnel the same while supporting a larger and larger global technical staff.
Intacct was selected for its multi-currency, multi entity capabilities.
