Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

I keep track of bids our department submits for various construction projects. Insightly let's me input multiple bids for the same project with different scopes of work. It also allows me to change the status of any project right on the opportunities home page without having to actually open the opportunity itself.

Pros

  • Easily change the status of any project
  • Easily allows multiple bids for the same project but different scopes
  • The ease of setting up and finding previous opportunities so I don't have to hunt through other department's projects.

Cons

  • I honestly can't think of anything with regard to what I use it for.
  • I am able to easily report to my director the current bids and projects won as well as lost.
I was skeptical of using any CRM but Insightly
is extremely easy to use once I learned the layout, the demo video helped
tremendously. I have multiple bids for the same project that I must keep track
of and it's easy to do so. I love how I can change the status of any project
right from my opportunities page. I really like this CRM, it has made reporting
of jobs bid and jobs won extremely easy. I highly recommend it!

I can only speak to the projects that I use Insightly for: I can keep track of multiple scopes of work for the same construction project. It allows me to convert opportunities to projects easily. It also allows me to input deliverable dates and status changes easily. I love how I am able to easily see where each project is in the completion process.
