I have used other CRM programs and this is the easiest. Again, it is not the product it is how it is used that does not work for the services we provide. I question on a daily basis why they spend the (limited) dollars they do in having the software. But I do not make the decisions; I use it, enjoy the features I can use and I knwo it is a great product.

The visual aspect of a PIPELINE chart is useful, if people were to use it and use it correctly. The issue is NOY with the product is with how it is utilized.
