Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

We use Gusto for insurance, payroll, benefits, and PTO. Its easy to request time off, update my health insurance, track my paystubs, and take sick days. The process is simple and intuitive. Gusto is especially easy because I have all of my documents in one place. I can file my taxes easily and pull up my health insurance really fast and easy.

Pros

  • Keeping all of my tax and health benefit info all in the same place. I can access all the info I need easily.
  • Requesting time off is easy.
  • I can track my paystubs and transparently.

Cons

  • Honestly Gusto does the job done right. While I don't manage anyone so i don't approve any requests or submit anything into Gusto my perspective may be limited.
I think Gusto is super easy to use and has a very intuitive design. I think the only part that is lacking is when people get raises I feel like there is a big lag between when the next paycheck will reflect the raise.

This is well suited for a small company. I like that in a small company, you can merge your Gusto calendar into google calendar so you can see everyone's PTO and company holidays. This is great for a small agency but would be overwhelming at a larger place. Its also easy for tracking accounting.
