Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

We use Gusto as our payroll system to make sure myself and my fellow coworkers get paid by direct deposit every two weeks. I really like their easy to use system and anytime I have been unsure on where to find something the customer service help options have always been very helpful. I would definitely recommend anyone to Gusto.

Pros

  • Seamless sign-in
  • clear direction on how to set up a new account

Cons

  • I would like to see a face id form of logging in
  • have a way to see accrued PTO for myself
  • n/a- my office manager oversees this kind of information
I have never had a payroll system that has been so easy to use, and I have used many as I have had many jobs in many different fields.

I think Gusto is well suited as a easy to use payroll option. I have never had any issues with uploading my direct deposit documentation of any other personal information needed for me to receive my paycheck as expected. I do not think it would be best suited for requesting time off as I can see how that could be difficult to track, I am also not aware if that is even a capability of Gusto's platform.
