Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
Gusto runs my payroll. Gusto is very user-friendly, and it usually has everything Im looking for, be it my coworker's details/birthdays or my last paycheck details. I also occasionally request leave from work, which I do via Gusto. It has a very nice and friendly user experience to request leaves, and I don't have to do any manual process after requesting a leave. In a startup like ours, It has worked wonders for us.
Pros
- Requesting time off.
- Paycheck details.
- Coworker details and hierarchy.
Cons
- Company holiday page is hidden.
- When I first joined I couldn't request time off for some reason.
- Love it.
