Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I enjoy Gusto as an admin and as an employee. On Gusto, I can check my check status and pay date, including time off and scheduling requests. I also enjoy using the Gusto card if I want to and having the option for direct deposit. They also help you keep track of what you're spending your money on and can help you earn savings each check. I highly recommend it to all businesses and employees!

It takes longer to get to the time clock-in area. You have to go through a couple of hoops. It could be simpler and take less time.

As an admin and an employee, I highly enjoy being able to see clearly when I will receive my pay check. It has a helpful status tracker. I also enjoy the options to have a Gusto spending card and direct deposit. It helps you save money, too, and tracks your purchases so you can see when you've ordered more than normal. (Which helps you work on budgeting, lol.)
