Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

I have used Gusto for biweekly payroll, monthly commission payouts, and expense reimbursement. In addition, my organization has migrated our time tracking over to Gusto, so all PTO, jury duty, bereavement leave, etc., is now requested, approved, and tracked via Gusto. We also use Gusto to collect and store emergency contact information.

Pros

  • Payroll
  • PTO tracking.

Cons

  • Could benefit from a built-in calendar to show next pay date.
  • PTO time-tracking calendar.
  • Expense history.
  • Cheaper than other products so it saves us money.
  • PTO and time-off tracking saves managers time and money.
The features offered are a solid solution to our business needs.
