Overall Satisfaction with Gainsight CS
I use Gainsight CS to manage the 24 accounts that role up to my team of CSMs. Gainsight CS allows me to track their projects, their current tasks and the sentiment of their clients. We are also able to use this as coverage for all our employees when our CSMs move from one client to another by applying a business continuity to follow accounts across the organization.
Pros
- Success Plans allow CSMs to track and update projects
- Customization to the home pages allows for a one stop shop
Cons
- Not allowing reoccuring CTAs to be edited
- Allowing more storage
- Allows for better tracking of projects
- Allows for better business continuity
This was a decision by upper management
