Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Gainsight CS to manage the 24 accounts that role up to my team of CSMs. Gainsight CS allows me to track their projects, their current tasks and the sentiment of their clients. We are also able to use this as coverage for all our employees when our CSMs move from one client to another by applying a business continuity to follow accounts across the organization.

Success Plans allow CSMs to track and update projects
Customization to the home pages allows for a one stop shop

Not allowing reoccuring CTAs to be edited
Allowing more storage

There are a few features that can cause pain points, but overall it helps for better tracking and understanding of our clients.

Likelihood to Recommend

Gainsight CS is well suited to our CSMs as it allows them the flexibility to get their work done without having to be micro managed. This allows for a full review of all CSMs to be done by the manager seamlessly.
