Overall Satisfaction with Gainsight CS

I use it to track projects, implementations, sentiment, reporting info, track tickets. It keeps me accountable with the success plans, cta's, and tasks.

Pros

  • Co-pilot for overall sentiment to share
  • Reminders through Teams
  • People and attributes tabs are super helpful

Cons

  • Filtering is very difficult and trial and error.
  • If more than 1 person on the account, there has to be 1 main person and so secondary people cannot filter as well to only see their own items.
  • Reporting-I would like to see what CSM's are using Gainsight CS for not just logging in.
  • Emails go to the main timeline, would like to be able to link it to a success plan when emailing through Outlook. I end I copying the email and putting it the success plan timeline.
  • Keeping me on track
  • Holding me accountable
Clunky, not easy to filter, too many different places to go to find things.

Suited for tracking of projects and implementations. Less suitable as just a reminder of a task where info is not placed into Gainsight CS.
