Overall Satisfaction with Gainsight CS

Currently use Gainsight CS within our Digital Experience and Digital media business within our organization. Product challenges are migration tool, having one instance of many BU's, also data hierarchy, it is so difficult to find the data you need.

Pros

  • Dashboards
  • Community
  • Playbooks/CTA's
  • Success Plans

Cons

  • Migration Tool is clunky we continue to have challenges, emails to programs
  • Data Hierarchy, the Gainsight CS data hierarchy is hard for end users to achieve success as they are not familiar with the data that lies underneath each object
  • Have a way for the system to work with multiple BU's within one instance and be able to split each BU having its own objects, like CTA Types and Timeline Types
  • Insights to customer attrition
I have been a long time user an Admin of Gainsight CS, I only wish the team would work on a lot of he smaller items requested from the community as these are some challenging issues for the admin and user.
