Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting
We use it to communicate with retail sellers in stores. We send them updates on key products and other programs. It helped us during Covid 19 with sharing product news and other key details without being able to see them in stores.
Pros
- Easy to use.
- Easy to upload files.
- Easy to create programs and customer journeys.
Cons
- Rates and pricing are bit high.
- User portal can be better streamlined.
- Provide templates and such for other key reminders and SMS text programs.
- Improved cost in communication and retail labor.
We have only used EZ Texting and, so far, things have been good.
