We love using EZ Texting. It is such a helpful service for our college in being able to communicate with both lead prospects as well as our current student body. It is by far the communication process that gets the best responses from our audience. We couldn't be happier with our account with EZ Texting.

The tech support at EZ Texting is amazing. They are there all the time and are available to chat or to talk on the phone. They are all very friendly individuals who have a very calming tone and will make sure that you walk away satisfied. They are very professional.

We don't use any other product like EZ Texting because it is the only service we need.

Likelihood to Recommend

Again it is so useful for us as we attempt to communicate with our potential leads. We use it for both the keywords, in which we put a keyword on our outdoor advertising and individuals respond directly to those keywords, and also for text blasts that we send out to potential students who might not have responded to us otherwise.
