Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting
It’s used to communicate with existing and potential members. It’s used by all staff and provides another method of communicating, other than calling on the phone.
Pros
- Manages the Opt Out function
- Allows for multiple contact groups
Cons
- Adding a notification when responses to text messages are received
- Being able to easily text potential members has increased the number of sign ups
EZ Texting is a more advanced product, but is very user-friendly.
