Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting

EZ Texting was used to send out text messages with MMS to clients and associates.

Pros

  • Was good with formatting, and quick
  • Nice interface
  • Easy to use

Cons

  • They need to let users choose their own phone numbers to send out instead of the number provided.
  • They also need to make room for multiple attachments with the MMS.
  • It has improved our customer relationships.
It is worth using by any business.
EZ Texting is good for group messaging but less appropriate in alerts.
