Overall Satisfaction with EZ Texting
Our retail shop is a small, locally owned children’s and maternity consignment shop. We use EZ Texting to market to our customer base.
Pros
- Allowing us to send MMS messages at no additional charge.
- The ease of segregating our list to micro-target our marketing.
- Simple use on mobile devices to send messages quickly.
- Great customer support.
Cons
- We would love to be able to use certain characters or emojis in our messages, but can’t.
- We absolutely see increased sales when we send out texts to market to our customers.
- Our customer engagement increases when we communicate via text.
I researched other products when deciding on a text marketing platform, but they didn’t offer the functionality for the same price point. EZ Texting was the best on the market at the time, and we’ve been so happy with it, we haven’t looked back.
