Easy to use Software saves time and effort

We use Expensify company-wide within the sales team for all business expenses (client meals, travel, etc.). It solves the problems of manual, error-prone expense reporting and lost receipts, saving time for both sales reps and managers. Expensify's automation of submission and approval to designated managers significantly reduces administrative overhead. Expensify's timestamping also provides a good audit trail if I can't exactly remember when and what the expense was for I can check in my calendar and remember what I was doing at a specific time on a specific day. I can 't think of a scenario where it's less appropriate.
