We use Expensify company-wide within the sales team. We use it to capture expenses via the mobile app, categorize them, and automate weekly submissions. This gives us better visibility into spending and integrates with our accounting system, making the whole process faster and more efficient. Reminders and alerts are sent via the app and email to avoid missing submission deadlines and accelerate processing.

- Easily linking card expenses and exchange rate used to amount paid/expensed. Maybe it's how we've set it up as a company but I still have to faff around.
