Exclaimer Cloud - Signatures for Office 365

Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer

Customery is a Microsoft 365 customer, using hosted Exchange for our mailboxes. We were looking for a professional email signature service so that our emails consistently contained our contact information and projected our brand.

Pros

  • Reinforce our brand to help recipients identify our messages
  • Include signatures on all messages across all devices

Cons

  • Configuring the layout of the signature was fiddly
  • Sorry, we haven't measured the impact of branded signatures. It just seemed like a no-brainer.
We've configured Exclaimer to have small, short signatures on replies and forwards and full signatures on new messages.
A few of my customers are larger mid-market and enterprise organisations and their IT security departments evaluated and approved Exclaimer, so I piggybacked on that.
I tried an email signature service that was available on AppSumo on a lifetime deal, but it's functionality was nowhere near that provided by Exclaimer.

Do you think Exclaimer delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Exclaimer's feature set?

Yes

Did Exclaimer live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Exclaimer go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Exclaimer again?

Yes

I would recommend Exclaimer to small and mid-sized organisations where they have users who use Outlook desktop, web and mobile apps so that their messages consistently include branded contact information.

I configured Exclaimer for Customery's Microsoft 365 mailboxes a couple of years ago and it's been a set-and-forget experience to ben honest. I log in once or twice a year to update a couple of details. I value that it really doesn't take much maintenance and I've never had to contact Exclaimer for technical support.
