Overall Satisfaction with Exclaimer

We use Exclaimer cloud to manage signatures and email advertising banners. Via the use of templates, the management of staff email signatures is very straightforward and provides a professional and uniform look to our email signatures.

Pros

  • The template system simplifies the management of signatures.
  • The cloud client is easy to deploy.
  • Design is easy via the web portal.

Cons

  • Sometimes it can be tricky to align elements within the templates.
  • it would be good if the test function also worked via agent side signatures.
  • Time saving
  • Professional looking signatures.
  • Easy to deploy updates/changes.
Exclaimer is quite easy to use, and the portal is quite intuitive. The agent is easy to deploy, and the support provided is good.
